At Baja Soul Retreats we value the importance of emotional wellness. We offer several ways to manage and improve emotional wellness like guided meditation, guided breathing and nature therapy.

Guided Meditation is a practice that can help you achieve a state of calmness, awareness, and focus. It can also bring many benefits to your physical and mental health, such as reducing stress, anxiety, depression, pain, and improving sleep, mood, memory, and cognitive skills.

Guided Breathing can activate the relaxation response, which lowers your heart rate, blood pressure, and muscle tension, and helps you feel more peaceful. Second, it can help you manage negative emotions such as anxiety, anger, and sadness by creating a sense of distance and detachment from them.

Nature Therapy is a form of therapy that involves spending time in natural environments to enhance well-being and reduce stress. It can help people cope with various mental and physical health issues, such as anxiety, depression, chronic pain, hypertension, and insomnia. It can help people reconnect with themselves, others, and the environment in a meaningful way.

Had a wonderful time with Adventures with Aly. She is fun, adventurous, thoughtful and up for any tour. Also, Aly will create a tour and/or adjust a tour that she already offers to your liking. My cousin was visiting, so we saw places I had not visited before and never even knew existed. I do not do water, so while my cousin and Aly went into the geothermal hot springs, Aly had kindly brought an umbrella and chair for me to use ~ very pleasant way to enjoy my book! You will not be disappointed doing a tour with Aly ~ I know I wasn’t. : )
